A reservation holds your place in the first batch for $49. You pay the rest only when your clock is ready to ship, and you can have the $49 back at any time before then.
How it works
- You reserve for $49, and pick your wood.
- We're still finishing the design. Before your clock ships, we email you the final details and the balance: the price you reserved at, minus the $49. It's never more than that.
- You pay the balance, and it ships. Or you tell us you've changed your mind, and we refund the $49.
Getting your money back
Email hello@komadolab.com any time before you pay the balance, and we refund the whole $49 to the card you paid with. No questions, no fee. We send it within two business days; your bank may take a few more to show it.
When it ships
We'll only give you a ship date we have good reason to believe. If it's going to slip, we email you before the date passes with the new one, and you can cancel then for a full refund.
Where we ship, returns once it's yours, and the warranty: shipping, returns and the warranty.
The FCC
Equipment is subject to the FCC rules and delivery to the end user is conditional upon successful completion of the applicable equipment authorization process. In plain words: nothing ships until it has passed its FCC test. If it can't pass, you get the whole $49 back.
